IN WINNING MODE!

Both Wycombe Town First Team and Reserves were in a winning mode when Wycombe Town met Royal Standard in the Combination Cup at Holtspur and Wycombe Town Reserves visited Thame Social FC in Division 0ne.

  • The First Team were in sintilating form and although the weather was wet and windy, they turned on the style scoring eight and keeping a clean sheet as well. Andy 'Boxer' Nicol netted five with Adam Padget scoring two including a spectacular overhead kick which brought applause from around the ground and Ben Sturgess slotted one home as well!
  • Wycombe Town Reserves travelled over to Thame in a Division One clash and although were short of some key players, earned a well deserved win 4-0 with Ben Chadbone and Lee Watson getting two goals each.
  • The 'A' Teams game with Cross Keys FC at Gossmore Lane in Division Three was unfortunatly postponed.
