SUNDAY 2nd MAY

Wycombe Town FC beat King George V 5-1 in the Premier division clash at Holmers Farm, the Reserves took a late goal to beat Chinnor Exciles Reserves at Holtspur and The 'A' team after being 1-1 at half time slipped to a 6-1 defeat at Shelly Road to FC Disraeli who are closing in on the devision title.

WEDNESDAY 28th APRIL

Wycombe Town FC beat Chinnor Exciles at 3-0 in the Premier division at Wilks Park with two goals from Leigh Mason and one from Andy Nicol, Jack Harding playing goal saved three penalities as well!!! The Reserves had a great 3-1 win against table topping FC Beaconsfield Reserves in the top of the division battle at Shelly Road with goals from Ben Chadbone, Lee Watson and Marathon man Steve Perry!














Well done Pezza we are proud of you!!!.....a great run with an impressive time of 3.47.50 and he even overtook Olympic siver medalist Ewan Thomas! he was 7675th overall, 6415th for males and 3438th for age group!!!

FA SUNDAY NATIONAL CUP

The FA Carlsberg National Sunday Cup Final took place at Anfield on Sunday 25th April and was won for an unpresedented third time by Hetton Lyons CC, who outplayed Magnet Tavern to win 4-2. This is a fantastic day out for any club and as close as most clubs and players will ever get to playing in the Premier League!

















SUNDAY 25th APRIL

The first team made short work of the Barn Club thumping them 11-1 at Wilks Park but with several players missing and several 'A' team players filling in, the Reserves only managed a 2-2 draw with Star & Crescent.

WEDNESDAY 21st APRIL

Wycombe Town Reserves beat Star & Crescent 8-0 at Holtspur and the 'A' Team recorded a good 3-1 win away to The Pheasant.

Sunday 25th April, Wycombe Town First team play The Barn Club at Wilks Park, The Reserves play Star & Crescent away & the 'A' team have a free week.

SUNDAY 18th MAY

Wycombe Town Reserves from Division One, had an historic win today in the Chesham Charity Cup Final, by beating Royal Standard HGSA from the Premier Division 1-0, in a very tight game. 0-0 at half time captain Paul 'Shoddy' Storey scored the vital goal and 'Town' held on for a great win.

Wycombe Town First team continued their winning ways on a difficult pitch winning 3-0 against Queens Head Rangers at Hazlemere.
Wycombe Town 'A' Team shared a twelve goal thriller against Four Seasons but lost 8-4!

SUNDAY 18th APRIL

CHESHAM CHARITY CUP FINAL
Wycombe Town Reserves take centre stage this weekend and will play Royal Standard HGSA this Sunday, in the Chesham Charity Cup Final, at Chesham Town's Ground, Kick Off 5.15pm.

Wycombe Town's first team play Queens Head Rangers away in the Premier Division and the 'A' team are away to Four Seasons in the third division.

TUESDAY 13th APRIL

With catching up on the backlog of fixtures a priroity, Wycombe Town took on King George V at Wilks Park on Tuesday and had a tough game against a good side. Although Town had large parts of the action they found it hard to break down the King George V defence. Reduced to ten men King George V still would not yield but town eventualy scored two second half goals to win the game.

Bouncing back form their B&B Cup exit, Town Reserves beat AFC Sporting Wycombe 2-1 to keep their title challenge alive but only after going 1-0 down early on. Town Reserves can now look forward to their Chesham Chairty Cup Final this Sunday.

SUNDAY 11th APRIL

Bad day at the office...Reserves played FC Fernhill in the semi-final of the Berks & Bucks Junior Cup at Bracknell Sports Centre, after going 1-0 up Fernhill came back to win 2-1 in this end to end match. The 'A' team had another close encounter when they took on top of division side Cross Keys in division three at Gossmore Lane playing fields Marlow, and once again lost by the odd goal going down 4-3.

SUNDAY 4th MAY

It was a proud day for Wycombe Town FC when the first team and Reserves met in the Semi-final of the Wycombe Sunday Combination League 'Challenge Cup'. It was a good match with some great football being played by both teams, the first team eventualy won 5-0 and now progress to the final at Adams Park to play FC Beaconsfield.

Wycombe Town 'A' team played well and should have got more out of the game but lost by the odd goal in three against Longwick
