A POSITIVE START TO THE NEW SEASON!

Wycombe Town kicked off the new season with a great win over the Premier Division new boys Queens Head Rangers 7-1. Playing some great free flowing football Town dominated large parts of the game but QHR had their chances but failed to take them with one hitting the wood work. Andy 'Boxer' Nicol was 'man of the match' firing in four goals, Billy Mason got two and even Jack Harding found the net with a rare but valuable goal.

Wycombe Town Reserves started with a useful 3-3 draw against Horse and Jockey, Vinny Cuva, Kieth Heron anf Lee Watson were the scorers but we also scored all the away goals in a game we should have won. 2-1 up at half time we gave away three own goals and missed several opportunities at the other end.
