Two exciting games at Holtspur, Firstly Wycombe Town first team were away to FC Beaconsfield in an end to end match, Town with three or four key players missing through injury, came under attack early on from a fast improving FC Beaconsfield team and half way through the first half were 2-0 down, Baz David slotted one in to make it 2-1 but Beaconsfield got another goal to make it 3-1 at half time. The second half was a role reversal and Town got two quick goals through Andrew 'Boxer' Nicol and Darren Crane to make it 3-3, towards the end of the match 'Boxer' rose above the defence to head a forth goal to make it 4-3, but the game wasn't over yet and Beaconsfield gained a dangerously positioned free kick in the last few minutes and in a full penatly area managed to get the ball in the net for a 4-4 draw.
In the second game, an on fire Reserve team fresh from their 5-0 win at Hithercroft, beat Red Lion Rangers 6-2 to to climb the table. Town went two up with goals from Wayne 'Rooney' Norris and James Hall and the score stayed the same till half time. Rangers got one back after the break but Town began to dominate and the score rose to  5-1 with another goal each from Rooney and Hall and a diving header own goal, Rangers got one more goal on a break but Rooney finished the game off with his hat trick to make it 6-2.
